TaskForce Prevention and Community Services is a multi-service, grassroots organization committed to improving the sexual health and overall well-being of LGBTQ+ youth from underserved communities on Chicago’s westside. Taskforce provides a safe space for LGBTQ+ youth fellowship and to build a sense of community, HIV/STI screening and education, food access, job training and on-site referrals to housing, and other social services.


Founded in 2005, the Chicago Black Gay Men’s Caucus is a grassroots organization led by Black gay, bisexual, and same gender loving men, whose vision is a world where our community experiences complete physical, mental and social well-being. The mission of Chicago Black Gay Men’s Caucus is to advance health equity among Black gay, bisexual and same gender loving men by developing community-centered leadership and innovative programs.  

This includes eliminating HIV within our community, which Chicago Black Gay Men’s Caucus defines as preventing all new infections and ensuring that every man in our community living with HIV achieves a sustained undetectable viral load.
